Laura Bilazarian

Laura launched HIVE alongside Nina in 2014. Laura is founder and CEO of Teamable, which provides software-as-a-service for smarter hiring by tapping into employees' social networks. Teamable's software, built almost entirely in Armenia, now powers hiring in global companies such as Uber, Lyft, Oracle, ESPN, and others.

Prior to Teamable, Laura was a key teammate on several high performing teams on three continents and major cities on both coasts of the US. Former teams include technology M&A investment banking, private equity for a $2 billion fund in Vietnam, and Miller Buckfire where she advised on large financial restructurings and raising over $8 billion in capital. She is also a two-time National Champion in women’s rugby and former member of the US National Team. In 2011, she helped Kickstart a teddy bear company with the amazing women of the town of Berd, Armenia.

Laura holds a B.S in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  She has traveled to over thirty developing countries and is more astounded by the similarities between people than the differences.
